Low-E Glass

 Low-E glass is a kind of green energy-saving building material produced by vacuum magnetron sputtering on glass surface, coated with multilayer metal or other compounds, which contains one or more layers of 10-20 NM metallic silver layer.

Low-E glass has Low thermal conductivity and high visible transmittance.The building with Low-E glass can effectively reduce the cost of indoor air conditioning and heating in winter, and also make the building have good daylighting performance.

Also, Low-E glass is rich in color series, which makes the building more beautiful.

Low-E glass include single silver Low-E, flexible Low-E,ultra white Low-E, double silver Low-E, triple silver LOW-E products.

Single silver Low-E glass:

Single silver Low-E glass is divided into two kinds of single silver high permeability Low-E glass and single silver shading type Low-E glass.

The single silver high permeability Low-E glass made of light colored or colorless glass material, which is used in cold winter with high latitudes area and on high permeability appearance design building. Compared with other Low-E glasses, high permeability Low-E glass has a higher solar transmittance rate and visible light transmittance rate. In winter, it can ensure certain solar heat radiation enter into house, and also ensure that the far-infrared thermal radiation emitted by heating, household appliances and human body can be reflected back indoors, then reduce heating energy consumption effectively .

Single Silver Shade type Low-E glass has moderate visible light transmittance, low solar transmittance but good heat insulation performance, it can reflect the good energy saving effect, 

Also because of its variety color appearance and good outdoor sight shielding effect, it widely used in different types of constructions.

Flexible tempered Low-E glass:

The ordinary Low-E glass cannot be treated by hot bending and tempering after the coating completed, which can not meet the needs of the arc design of the building. Ultra white Low- glass:

Double silver Low-E glass:

Double silver Low-E glass is coated two layer Nano silver film on glass surface, it’s a complicated one in Low-E series. As the high-end product in Low-E glass series, double silver Low-E glass highlights the shielding effect of glass on solar radiation, combining the high permeability of glass with the Low permeability of solar thermal radiation perfect.

Triple silver LOW-E Glass

Triple silver Low-E glass is coated three layers Nano silver film on glass surface, it’s the most complicated one in Low-E series with the excellent thermal performance. Compared with double silver Low-E glass, it can reach more better energy-saving effect.
